Cauliflower Cakes
Yields 12 Cakes
What You Need:
- 4-5 cups grated cauliflower (approx. 1 head)
- 4 Tbsp almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
What You Do:
1. Grate the cauliflower in a food processor until it appears like a pretty fine crumble.
3. In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients well. Then add in cauliflower.
4. Mix the eggs in until the entire mixture is coated.
5. Form into flat circles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees
7. At the end, place in your broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown the tops.
