WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?

A health coach is a personal guide, coach and friend that helps you find an honest balance in all areas of health and wellness. I stand by the idea that true health is about much more than just the food and calories you put into your mouth. Most people have been addicted to their unhealthy lifestyle choices for their entire lives. The approach I use is based on the power of positive thinking, facing fears, and doing things you've never done before. I believe in taking things one step at a time and slowly integrating healthier choices over a period of several months. In order to succeed at real change, one needs to be patient, nurturing, and open to incorporating a solid routine. Once the new routine begins to stick as your new normal... you'll find it hard to believe you lived any other way.
